Food Tracker Book Printables & Tutorial

I am finally getting back to focusing on my health. For me, that means sticking to a low carbohydrate diet and tracking with I eat and drink so that I can work toward getting to a healthy weight. I came up with this food tracker book to help me keep track of what I eat and drink and to increase my motivation and accountability to myself.   Now you can make your own with these printables and this tutorial!

Download the Food Tracker Covers here.

(See the end of the post for a list of the links where the cover pictures were found.)

Download the Food Tracker Pages here.

All printables are for personal use only of course.

Print your pages double sided, flipping on the long side. Cut your pages length wise and trim the edges uniformly. Stack all of your pages with your cover on the bottom. I chose enough pages for 4 weeks of entries so it wasn't too bulky.

Fold all of your pages in half and place a thin elastic hair band over the spine. You could also staple but I liked this idea. That's it! You have a weight loss tracker.

You can track your breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, water intake, exercise, and all of your daily totals. I am using mine to log into my My Fitness Pal app at the end of the day.

Happy tracking! Let me know what you guys think.
