SLPs and parents with kiddos: I have free printables for you!
Are you sick of looking at the same old generic artic cards too? Let's mix things up with the seasons.
I hate when you buy a set of s-blend cards and you never have enough of a specific blend. I also prefer to have pictures on all of my cards so that my pre-readers can use them as well and so that they are more engaging. You can print out two copies of these for a lot of practice and so that you can play go fish or match with them. Having the cards in different colors can be beneficial for groups or for making up games on the fly. You can use them with board games or with rolling a die to see how many times they need to practice the word. When you are working on s-blends at the sentence level you can also have the kiddos draw multiple cards and use them to formulate silly sentences with them.
I hope some of you get some use out of this material. I think I might get busy making more soon! Let me know if anyone is interested in anything specific.
