Recipe: Gnocchi Bake, Only 4 ingredients!



Gnocchi Bake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pouch of Potato Gnocchi
  • 1 jar Vodka Sauce
  • 1 container Marinated Mozzarella Balls
  • Shredded Cheese (whatever you have on hand)
Directions:
Boil a pot of water. Pour in the gnocchi when it is at a full boil. Scoop them out and place in a strainer when they float to the top (the package usually says 3 minutes). When they are all in the strainer, shake dry and pour into an oven safe pie plate. Pour jarred vodka sauce over the gnocchi and stir a bit. Use a slotted spoon to get out your marinated mozzarella balls and place them about your dish (they spread out when melted). Add some shredded cheese on top if you so desire!  Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is browned and melted!   

***Tip: I find all my ingredients at Target. The potato gnocchi and vodka sauce I use are the Archer Farms brand in the pasta aisle. The marinated mozzarella balls are in the deli counter by the feta and blue cheese selections. I thought I would share since some of these ingredients may be new for others :) ***

Enjoy your 4 ingredient, 25 minute meal! This dish is a crowd pleaser!
